This page explains how to delete any data held by Mutma'innah, package com.mutmainnah, published on Google Play by Hani Mustafa Hashmi.
Mutma'innah has no sign-up, no login and no user account. The developer runs no server that holds your information, so there is no profile stored anywhere for anyone to look up, export or erase.
Everything the app remembers is written to the app's own storage on your phone, where only Mutma'innah can read it: your settings, your Qur'an bookmarks and reading position, your Tasbeeh and Darood counts, the city or location the prayer times were worked out for, and any recitation audio you downloaded for offline listening. Automatic cloud backup is switched off inside the app, so none of it is copied to Google Drive either.
This means you can delete all of it yourself, immediately, without asking anyone.
Removes every setting, bookmark, count and downloaded file, and leaves the app installed and ready to start fresh.
Settings › Apps › Mutma'innah › Storage › Clear storageUninstalling removes the app together with all of its storage. Nothing is left behind on the device, and nothing survives elsewhere.
Press and hold the app icon › UninstallEither one is complete and permanent. Neither can be undone, and neither leaves a copy anywhere for the developer to hold.
If you granted location permission, your coordinates were sent to two third party services so they could return the prayer timetable and the name of your city. They were sent to answer that one question, carried no identifier of you or your device, and were never stored by the developer.
To stop this entirely, withdraw the permission at Settings, Apps, Mutma'innah, Permissions, or choose your city by hand in the app, in which case your device location is never read at all.
You are welcome to write instead of doing it yourself, and a request will be answered by the developer, usually within seven days. Because nothing about you is held on the developer's side, the reply will confirm in writing that there is nothing retained to erase, and will walk you through the steps above if you would like help with them.
Everything the app collects, uses and sends, and why, is set out in full in the privacy policy.
